Our property now encompasses four lodging options with our latest additions—The Cozy Cottages. These additions are a testament to our love for our children, and each represent their personalities and unique characteristics. The design style stays true to our Modern Vintage Style, but skews a little more feminine and playful for the Eisley cottage while the Pierce cottage feels more masculine and adventurous. The Cameron Lounge, a shared outdoor patio/living space with hanging bistro lights, is named after our eldest and offers a fun but cool vibe for relaxing evening wind-downs, group yoga, or special events.

These two new cottages are reserved for full-property rentals, providing additional sleeping spaces when hosting retreats, workshops or events on the property. These types of gatherings are near and dear to our hearts—we love seeing people come together in the name of learning, community, and inspiration. THE PIERCE AND EISLEY COTTAGE DETAILS AND AMENITIES

Both cottages are 400 sq ft and sleep up to three people, with a full bath, kitchenette, king-sized bed, and our signature twin XL daybed. Each feels very spacious, private, and has lots of sunlight. There is a wood deck in front of each cottage that connects to the larger 17’ X 17’ deck in the middle—an outdoor living area called The Cameron Lounge.

Design-wise, both the Eisley and the Pierce cottages feature luxe Stearns & Foster mattresses and high-end fixtures and furnishings from collaborators like Ann Sacks, Kohler, and Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery—as well as custom artisan-made pieces from Steel and Wood Art, Houston Custom Metal Works, and Traditions Window Decor. THE PIERCE + EISLEY COTTAGE RATES

• Click the Availability calendar for specific rates.

• The nightly base rate is based on double occupancy (first two guests).

• Each additional guest over double occupancy is charged $50.00 per night.

• A 6% hotel occupancy tax and a one-time cleaning fee of $75 will be added to the total.

• A 10% discount is given for weekday nights in a reservation (Monday through Thursday nights, excluding holidays, shoulder, and high-season dates).

• Please note there is a two-night minimum for weekend stays.

• Maximum of 3 guests with usage of a twin XL daybed.

the pierce + eisley cottage high-SEASON ANTIQUE SHOW RATES

•$350.00 flat rate per night (3 guests maximum)

• A 6% hotel occupancy tax and a one-time cleaning fee of $75 will be added to the total.

• Please note there is a three-night minimum during the Round Top Antique Show.

Please note:

Round Top shops and restaurants are generally open Wed - Sun. Surrounding towns (Brenham, LaGrange, Giddings) have more options during the week.  

Due to the high-end amenities in our cottages as well as potential hazards to your little ones, The Vintage Round Top is best for children ages 10 and up.  

Our base rates listed are for double occupancy (first 2 guests). Additional guests are charged $25 per person / per night. 

The Cozy Cottages do not have TV’s.
