Standard Season: the double-occupancy base rates are listed on the calendar below. After the first two guests, a fee of $50 per guest in Boho and 1450 and $25 in the Pierce and EIsley will be assessed at checkout, and a 6% hotel occupancy tax and a one-time cleaning fee will be applied to the total. Weeknight dates (Sunday-Thursday nights) reflect a 10% discount.

High Season / Antique Show: the rates listed are flat rate, per night and have a three night minimum unless otherwise noted. A 6% hotel occupancy tax and one-time cleaning fee will be applied to the total. Call 713-859-5993 for assistance.
