PIERCE COTTAGE DETAILS AND AMENITIES
The Pierce cottage is a 400 sq. ft. studio and comfortably sleep up to three guests. Every detail - from custom furnishings to curated amenities - has been chosen with intention. It includes:
A king-sized bed with a luxe Stearns & Foster mattress
A twin XL daybed (perfect for lounging or an extra guest)
A stylish full bathroom with a shower
A kitchenette including a sink, microwave, and small refrigerator
A private front deck, connected to the larger Cameron Lounge space
Plenty of natural light and privacy
High-end fixtures and finishes from collaborators - Ann Sacks, Kohler, and Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery
Artisan-crafted furniture and accents by Steel and Wood Art, Houston Custom Metal Works, and Traditions Window Decor

PIERCE COTTAGE RATES
• Click the Availability calendar for specific rates.
• The nightly base rate is based on double occupancy (first 2 guests).
• Each additional guest over double occupancy is charged $25.00 per night.
• A 6% hotel occupancy tax and a one-time cleaning fee of $75 will be added to the total.
• A 10% discount is given for weekday nights in a reservation (Monday through Thursday nights, excluding holidays, shoulder, and high-season dates).
• There is a 2-night minimum for weekend stays.
• Maximum of 3 guests.
HIGH SEASON ANTIQUE SHOW RATES
• Click the Availability calendar for specific rates.
• The High Season nightly rate is flat rate for up to 3 guests maximum.
• A 6% hotel occupancy tax and a one-time cleaning fee of $75 will be added to the total.
• There is a 3-night minimum during the Round Top Antique Show unless otherwise noted.
PLEASE NOTE:
Round Top shops and restaurants are generally open Thur - Sun. Surrounding towns (Brenham, LaGrange, Giddings) have more options during the week.
Due to the high-end amenities in our cottages as well as potential hazards to your little ones, The Vintage Round Top is best suited for children ages 10 and up. We do offer child waivers to guests with younger children.
The Cozy Cottages have Wi-Fi but do not have TV’s.
