Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)
The Role
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated self-starter to help run day-to-day hospitality and lifestyle brand operations. This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality, property management, or operations background who can wear many hats in support of a dynamic small business.
Location
Round Top, Texas and surrounding areas. Hybrid role; at least two (2)+ days in Round Top per week and more during high season and events.
Key Responsibilities
Handle reservations, online inquiries, bookings, email communications, and guest journey from inquiry through checkout
Process payments, run payment reports, and assist with operational budgets
Coordinate special events and retreat logistics
Support property management including housekeeping team communication, vendor coordination, guest prep, and inventory
Assist founder in day-to-day operations and special projects
What We're Looking For
Experience in operations, hospitality, and/or property management
A natural systems builder who thrives on creating order and maintaining structure. This is a critical part of the role, as you will serve as an organizational anchor for a fast-moving founder
Exceptionally organized with strong project management and administrative skills
An excellent communicator with strong customer service abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Open to a flexible schedule to accommodate hospitality and events
Compensation & Growth
This role is paid hourly (up to 20 hours per week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

Marketing & Business Development Coordinator (Part-Time)
The Role
We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated self-starter to grow our hospitality and lifestyle brand's marketing presence while developing partnerships and event engagements. This role is ideal for someone with a digital marketing and/or business development background who can wear many hats in support of a dynamic small business.
Location
Round Top, Texas and surrounding areas. Hybrid role with periodic time in Round Top (TBD), especially during high season and events. May consider virtual for experienced candidates with limited travel.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies across social media and email
Update website to support lodging and e-commerce as well as brand, events, and social campaigns, and ensure findability on search engines
Build retreat and workshop programming from initial concept through execution
Lead brand collaboration packages with business partners, local vendors, venues, brands, and show organizers
Draft communications, proposals, and partnership materials
What We're Looking For
Experience in digital marketing and/or business development; hospitality experience is a plus
Strong project management skills and the ability to bring structure to creative ideas while working alongside a creative, fast-moving founder
An excellent communicator with strong writing abilities
Creative and comfortable with Canva, photography, email platforms, and basic website updates (Flodesk, Squarespace, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Open to a flexible schedule to accommodate events and seasonal campaigns
