The countdown is on — the Fall 2025 Round Top Antiques + Design Show is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to dive into one of our favorite times of the year. The town comes alive with incredible finds, inspiring design, and that unmistakable Round Top energy.

Our location truly can’t be beat — we’re surrounded by nine amazing show venues where you can shop, dine, and listen to live music – all within walking distance. And…we’re only one mile to the heart of Round Top with easy access to all the year-round shops, top notch dining spots, and local experiences.
Our four cottages were designed to be inspiring, yet comfortable – with lots of space to kick back and relax after a long day of treasure hunting. We aim to be your home away from home.

Looking for the best deals?
Come toward the end of the show. While there may be less selection, vendors are often more willing to negotiate or offer discounts to move inventory. (Note: this isn’t always the case — some dealers pack up early to head to their next event and can’t offer major markdowns.)
Prefer smaller, less chaotic crowds?
Visit right before the show officially starts — many vendors set up days or weeks before the show kicks off. The atmosphere is more relaxed, parking is easier, and moving between venues is a breeze.
