BBSM 2021 SPEAKER SPOTLIGHT: JEANNE OLIVER

Paige Hull

There is so much to say about our admiration for Jeanne Oliver and our gratitude for her collaborations.

Jeanne is an artist, speaker, workshop + retreat producer/facilitator, podcast host, merchandise designer and business coach for creatives. Additionally, she’s a mom and wife to her husband, Kelly who if her full time business partner. She is the prime example of a creative who has equally turned her artistry into economically viable businesses, and really mastered the use of online learning. In addition to regular virtual workshops, Jeanne hosts a number of self-study courses for artists and creatives needing the business guidance, plus, she does individual business coaching and consultation.

With all the ups and down of this year, we saw the writing on the wall that we needed to pivot the way we operated our BBSM fall workshop. And…we knew exactly who to call!

I feel like a record on repeat in stating that we are living in uncertain times that present challenges to following our motto of living with intention as a business. With constantly shifting goal posts, how do you remain intentional? Earlier in the year, we connected with Jeanne to help us navigate through that exact question. While the Fall 2021 Business, Branding, & Social Media Workshop has been operating for over six years, it is our first virtual-only format packaged as a self-study course. This wasn’t an easy decision, but we remained intentional thanks to the conversations and guidance from Jeanne.

It is a model that she has mastered, and she has been an amazing guide as we have worked through building out a fantastic experience – from filming, to content, to software, and more.

I had been a fan girl of Jeanne’s for a long time and have had the opportunity to be a featured speaker on her podcast, but also just love talking to her about antiques, the Round Top shows, creative growth, parenting, and balancing it all. Jeanne ALWAYS has lots to share and she has a skill for making her guidance applicable and useful. Therefore, it was a no-brainer that we would ask her to be one of our BBSM Fall 2021 speakers to spread her wealth of knowledge to our attendees. You are in for a big treat!!!

Here’s what you can expect from our learning module with Jean.

Come learn…

How to honor your creative self while making your talents profitable

What where Jeanne’s early struggles as a creative entrepreneur and she overcame them

How to get clear on what you want from your life

Practical steps to build a business to support the life you want

How to say in alignment with your goals and how to use the “yes-no” question

Why diversifying your brand is important and how not to get stuck in a rut

And so much more….
