Title: Part-time Property Manager + Part-time Guest Relations/Operations Assistant

PART TIME GUEST RELATIONS PROPERTY MANAGER
Location: Round Top, TX (must live within 30 minutes of Round Top).
Overview: The Guest Relations Property Manager position is part time/as needed and requires flexibility and availability on both weekdays, weekends and during the Antique Show. Schedules are booked in advance and are set based on guest bookings and property needs (approx. 5-8 hours a week during standard season and increases during the Antique Show.
Property Manager Responsibilities:
Provide an Excellent Guest Experience through:
Interior + Exterior Upkeep and Maintenance
Oversee Housekeeping Team
Guest Prep + Check Out Procedures
On Call for Emergency Property + Guest Troubleshooting
Maintain Supplies Inventory
Coordinate + Oversee Vendor Services (Lawn Service, HVAC, Deliveries, etc.)
Property Showings / Pop Ups
Retreat Assistance / Check In
Take Photos of Property and Town Events for Marketing/Social Media Team to use
Miscellaneous Projects
Qualities + Skills Needed:
A people-person who’s passionate about hospitality, customer service, and property management.
Well organized with excellent time management skills.
Extreme attention to detail.
Flexible schedule.
Good communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Process Oriented.
Property Management and Technology Experience A Plus!
