The Eisley Amenities & Rates
THE EISLEY AMENITIES
The Eisley is a 400 sq. ft. custom cottage designed with feminine, glam touches that mirror the spunky personality of the Hulls' youngest daughter, Eisley. The open-concept cottage includes a king size bed, a Twin XL daybed, a kitchenette, full bathroom, cozy bed linens, RVT bath products, central AC/heat, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV.
The house accommodates overnight stays for up to 3 guests max.
THE EISLEY STANDARD RATES
The home rents for $195.00 a night based on double occupancy.
Each additional person beyond 2 is $50.00 a night, with a maximum of 3.
Should an additional bed be desired to accommodate a 3rd guest, there is a daybed located in the living area.
In addition, there is a 6% hotel occupancy tax and $75 cleaning fee for the home.
A 10% discount will be given for weekly rentals (not including antique show and holiday dates).
There is a 2 night minimum on weekend stays.
HIGH SEASON ANTIQUE SHOW RATES
MID-MARCH THROUGH MID-APRIL & MID-SEPTEMBER THROUGH MID-OCTOBER
$350.00 a night (3 guests maximum).
In addition, there is a 6% hotel occupancy tax and $75 cleaning fee for the home.
We require a 3 night minimum during Antique Fair weeks.
