creative marketing coordinator

The Vintage Round Top specializes in boutique lodging, retreats/events, and e-commerce, and we are looking for a creative and organized individual to drive our brand's growth and engagement. As the Creative Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate for this position would have a diverse marketing skill set, including content creation, copywriting, project management and more.

LOCATION: Hybrid- 2-3 days/week in Austin-area office with remaining days remote. Occasional trips to Round Top as necessary.
HOURS: 10-15 hours weekly, with flexibility to extend hours as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, organize and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. 

• Plan and manage content calendar. 

• Create a diverse range of content, including both print and digital media, such as social media graphics, marketing collateral, and other promotional materials. 

• Optimize brand messaging across all channels and platforms. 

• Capture images and video content to help tell the brand story. 

• Manage all social media platforms, including posting and community engagement. 

• Regularly conduct brand audits across website, third-party sites, and other channels to ensure consistency and accuracy. 

• Determine and measure key performance indicators. 

• Attend occasional events, retreats and workshops to capture content + produce social media onsite. 

• Assist in e-commerce marketing, including shooting products, coordinating launch campaigns, sales analysis, in addition to occasional on-site pop-ups. 

• Assist in shop merchandising and affiliate marketing setup and oversight. 

• PR submissions to local and national media outlets.

SKILLS:

• Multifaceted marketing, sales and PR skillset. 

• Strong writing, communication and people skills. 

• Range of content creation skills, including photography and graphic design *video editing a plus 

• Highly knowledgeable in social media channels 

• Experience with Canva, with familiarity of Adobe Suite, including InDesign

• Event coordination and/or project management experience

• Email marketing knowledge with Flodesk or equivalent platform
