The position is full time with 2-3 days in our Lakeway office, working remotely, and occasional trips to Round Top, Texas.
Some of the position highlights and skills/experience needed are listed below:
PR/Social Media - Content calendar creation, writing and managing all social media platforms, writing proposals, media coordination.
Marketing/Sales – Assist in promoting lodging, retreats, retail/wholesale goods through email marketing, PR campaigns, organize and execute events/promotions.
Strong Writing, Communication and People Skills – Develop/write correspondence, copy for website, advertising materials, blogging, product descriptions, brand ambassador.
Creative - Photography, graphic design, photo styling, event prep and everything in between. Must be a creative thinker and understand the creative process.
Administrative/Organizational Skills – Daily business upkeep and organization, e-commerce management/fulfillment, general administrative/office duties, etc. Must be very detail oriented with strong organizational and computer skills in all Microsoft programs.
Business Development – Merchandise and wholesale account management (retail/wholesale, e-commerce, vintage and home goods line), Events (workshops, parties, and curated events), Lodging/Location Shoots (bookings), Speaking Engagements (set up and organize), etc. Experience in merchandise development and/or managing wholesale accounts - a plus!

part-time property manager (round top or surrounding area)
We are also hiring a Property Manager for The Vintage Round Top. This is a part-time/as needed job position that requires availability on week days and weekends with advance notice. Approximately 10-20 hours a week.
This position consists of overseeing housekeeping staff and cleaning as needed, exterior property upkeep, interior prep for guests, overseeing inventory, property showings, event management, and being on-call during guest stays.
