Shipping & Return Policy
Orders placed with The Vintage Round Top will ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You can expect your product to ship within 2-3 business days from the day you placed your order. However, some items are located in our permanent, year round booth in Round Top, Texas. These items may take up to 10 days to ship. All small to mid-size products are shipped USPS. You can choose either Standard Ground delivery or Priority Mail at check out. If you require overnight service, please call us at 713-859-5993 to process your order.
At this time, all large furniture that you see on the website is for pick up only at our North Houston warehouse or at either the Spring or Fall Marburger Farms Antique shows held in Round Top, Texas.
Should you see something you can’t live without, we’d be happy to get a quote for white glove delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com.
SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
Shipping is based on the weight and size of your order.
We want all buyers to be happy with their purchases and encourage people to ask as many questions necessary before making a purchase. We accept returns (buyer covers return shipping) on a case by case basis. All approved returns will be refunded on the credit card used at the time of purchase. Please keep in mind that age appropriate wear is part of buying Vintage and Antiques and this is a disclaimer that you are buying used items that may have wear and/or flaws which the pictures cannot depict. All collectibles & antique furniture are sold AS IS.
If an item returns as an unclaimed package we are not responsible for any shipping fees and the item will be re-listed unless the buyer asks for item to be re-shipped at buyer's expense.
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. Buyer will be refunded after participating fully in the insurance claim. This may include but is not limited to; sending photos of damaged area, photos of packaging and signing a claims form and any other form required by insurance. Refund is contingent on participation; not outcome of claim. DO NOT throw away any packaging as this may compromise ability to refund. Thanks!
