Paige and Smoot Hull started The Vintage Round Top in 2012 when they opened their first cottage, now being called No. 1450. The duo is currently working on the final touches of their second cottage, the Boho. The new cottage is located on their pastoral property and will be an extension of their signature “Modern Vintage” style.
Unlike the original cottage that embodied an industrial modern farmhouse feel, the new Boho cottage will feature a more modern mixture of boho, glam, and industrial elements. Additionally, the Hulls are excited about showcasing the many talented artisans who have collaborated with them on this new project.
The new 2000 sq. ft. Boho cottage sleeps up to 6 (with the possibility of 2 additional guests) with a master bedroom (king bed) and a master bath with full shower and separate soaking tub. The guest bedroom (2 queen beds) has an attached full bath with a shower and soaking tub. There are also two day beds located in the great room with its’ own dedicated full bath.
The 900 sq. ft. great room with vaulted ceilings includes a living room, a dining room with seating for 8-10, and 2 additional seating areas. The new cottage is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, a full size washer/dryer, premium bed linens, RVT bath products, central AC/heat, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. Each bedroom comes with its’ own private patio and there are also two covered decks coming off the great room and kitchen respectively. Lastly, with the Boho you have the private and exclusive usage of the back portion of the property.
In addition to lodging and honeymoons, The Vintage Round Top property will now be available to rent for special events such as intimate rehearsal dinners, workshops, corporate retreats, family reunions, wedding/baby showers, etc. It can also be a fantastic and versatile backdrop for commercial photo sessions and video shoots.
